Cycle of the seasons

Our cows are fed naturally, in accordance with the cycle of the seasons: in summer they are given fresh grass to eat and in winter they are fed on hay and permanent pasture. Thanks to these specific characteristics and the dairy's proximity to the farms, it is possible to carry out daily checks on the Parmigiano-Reggiano Due Madonne production chain, from the clover through to the maturing process, ensuring the cheese is GMO free.
